No. You apply as an individual. We only ask for your airport and role.

Can I do this alongside my job?

That depends on your employment contract, so check your employer’s rules on side activities first. We never ask you to use work systems or speak on behalf of your employer. Passengers simply scan your code and apply themselves.

When and how do I get paid?

Commission is earned once the referred claim pays out and is transferred monthly to your bank account, with a statement of every claim.

Do I handle any passenger data?

No. Passengers enter their own details on SkyPaid. You never collect documents, boarding passes or payments.

What if a claim isn’t successful?

Passengers pay nothing if we don’t win, and there’s no cost to you either. Commission is only paid on successful claims.
